The Intellectual Property Office has issued guidance entitled "Intellectual Asset Management for Universities". The guide offers advice to universities on how to effectively use intellectual property and maximise the benefits of IP created by staff and students. The guide replaces the older version that was first released in 2003.
The OIA Annual Report 2010 has now been published. It provides interesting reading regarding the ongoing development of the Adjudicator and the continued increase in the number of complaints received and considered in 2010.
Since July 2010, the British Government has stepped up its efforts to restrict migrants coming into the UK which will affect students and education providers alike.
