Chris' expertise covers advising on contentious and
non-contentious aspects of asset based lending, receivables
financing, trade financing and banking, principally for UK based
clients but often with multi-jurisdictional facilities. On the
contentious side, he specialises in asset recovery following fraud,
obtaining and enforcing injunctive relief. On the non-contentious
side, his specialisms include advising on and drafting finance
facility documents, security documents (corporate and personal),
drafting of new and complimentary finance facilities, documenting
finance elements of MBOs, MBIs and similar transactions including
syndicated lending transactions and compliance issues particularly
in respect of the Data Protection Act and the Construction Industry
Scheme.
Chris sits on the Asset Based Finance Association Legal &
Technical Committee and presents regularly on various aspects of
his practice areas.
