Kath heads the firm's Banking team. Kath has
extensive banking experience and has acted for a number of major
banks, as well as 'blue chip' corporate clients, on a wide range of
financing transactions. These include single lender and syndicated
loans, both secured and unsecured, preference share issues and
other capital investment projects, project financings, swaps, bonds
and other capital markets instruments and a wide range of asset
financings. Kath also advises on non-contentious insolvency
issues. She joined the firm in 1994 having previously
practised for six years at Slaughter and May.
