Our experience includes obtaining FEC and AGC operating licences and personal licences from the Gambling Commission and Premises Licences from Local Authoirities.  We have drafted Social Responsibility and other policies illustrating how licensees will meet the Licensing Objectives and comply with Licensing Conditions and the Codes of Practice.  In addition, we have provided clients with training on the Conditions and Codes and the provisions and application of the Gambling Act 2005 and regulations made under it.

Following the initial licensing work for several of our multi-site clients, which include holiday parks and motor way services as well as traditional arcade or amusement centre operators, we have continued to receive instructions to apply for variations of licences, advise on the installation of new types of machines, new games and the development of product offerings in this hard pressed section of the gambling industry.
