Buying Solutions is an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in the Treasury. It provides a professional procurement service to the public sector to enable organisations to deliver improved value for money in their commercial activities and provide professional support when it matters, advising on technical issues, energy saving and environmental improvements.

Blake Lapthorn's general Commercial and Real Estate Dispute Resolution teams have been appointed, following a competitive public tender, to the Treasury Solictor's panel of firms for commercial and property litigation.

The Treasury Solicitor (Tsol) serves the public by providing legal services to central Government departments and to other publicly-funded bodies in England and Wales. Blake Lapthorn has been appointed to a panel of firms in England and Wales, which panel Tsol and Government departments can call upon when commercial, property or other civil litigation matters arise.
