Wayne Rooney libel case
David Moyes issued defamation proceedings
against Wayne Rooney, writer Hunter Davies and the publisher
HarperCollins following the publication of Rooney's autobiography
in 2006. This claim has now been settled and HarperCollins
have agreed to pay Mr Moyes' legal costs and a substantial sum in
damages.
