Aug 2011In an unexpected turn of events, this week (commencing 8 August 2011) the Government has published the Agency Workers (Amendment) Regulations 2011 to amend the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
Aug 2011The Regulations, which come into force on 1 October 2011, will impact not only on the treatment of agency workers, but also on what information must be disclosed by an employer to employee representatives in collective redundancy, collective bargaining and TUPE transfer situations.
