H2ydro Properties
Limited
Eric leads the Land Acquisition team
for Hydro Properties. He has a strong track record in short, medium
and long-term land acquisition, an extensive network of industry
contacts and a committed belief in robust planning and design.
Calling upon experience borne of some
20 years in Land and Development, his experience at board level
ranges through several National and Regional Development Companies,
both privately owned and PLC.

Alisdair Chant, Managing Director, Berkeley Partnership
Homes
Alisdair is the managing director of
Berkeley Partnership Homes, a division of the Berkeley Group,
responsible for the assembly, planning and delivery of affordable
housing. Berkeley Partnership Homes is also the enabling function
of Berkeley Homes in facilitating the promotion of major
regeneration projects for the Berkeley Group.
Alisdair is a chartered surveyor by
profession and has extensive experience of delivering urban
renaissance throughout the country. Alisdair sits on a number of
influential groups, particularly focused on creating and modelling
future planning and regeneration policies.
