Our recent outsourcing team experience includes:

  • acting for Capgemini UK plc, in connection with IT and telecoms outsourcing by HMRC (reported value £3 billion)
  • acting for Siemens on a two year outsourcing renegotiation against a large government department on a flagship IT project worth £500 million
  • acting for a major global investment bank on the outsourcing of business processes to India and China, and advising on IT outsourcings to India and within the UK.  The value of each transaction varying from £10 million to £50 million
