  • acting for Alcatel in connection with:

  • a contract (which is reported on its website as being worth in excess of €120 million) with Fluor Limited (part of the GeneSYS Consortium) to build and deploy an IP-based national high-speed digital telecommunications network serving England's motorways and trunk roads, part of the NRTS PFI project for the Highways Agency

  • a contract to provide local loop unbundling services for Wanadoo, a major UK internet service provider

  • acting for a software developer in a contract with e-bay for the development of an application to interface with facebook
  • acting for a software provider in a licensing deal with JP Morgan Chase Bank
