privatisation process and its aftermath, the Rail team at Blake
Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons has built up a proved track record in dealing
with the full range of rail regulatory, franchising, commercial
contract and competition matters, on both heavy and light rail, as
well as employment and other claims work.
Working closely with our
clients, we seek to provide solutions using specialist knowledge
within our rail sector group and also through drawing on expertise
within the wider firm. Our current rail clients include the South
West Trainsand Island Line franchises operated by Stagecoach South
Western, Stagecoach Rail Group, Porterbrook Leasing, Freightliner
and Alcatel Telecom.
