start-up technology company in relation to a directors duties claim
and shareholder dispute. Understanding the background to the
dispute and the aims of the business going forward enabled us to
give pro-active commercial as well as legal advice to enable the
parties to seek to reach a pragmatic resolution to the dispute

company in a substantial multi-million pound claim from an
acquisition involving in particular questions relating to the
nature of the business, including the adequacy of energy management
