Blake Lapthorn has a substantial
litigation practice, with a team of over 50 commercial litigators.
We specialise in resolving commercial disputes for international,
national and regional clients, and in minimising our clients'
exposure to risk.
We are often used as the first port
of call for clients who need advice on matters that might become
contentious. Our size also allows us to field teams of people if
needed, or to provide a client involved in a dispute with on site
legal support. Through our membership of worldwide legal networks
TAGLaw®
and
EuroIT we are also able to offer a quality service to our
international clients. Our clients include Kerry Foods
PLC, The Treasury Solicitor and DAS.
We have experience in litigating
all types of commercial disputes. Our sector strategy also means
that we have litigation specialists with sector knowledge.
