Blake Lapthorn continues growth with appointment of real estate
partner
Blake Lapthorn, one of the leading law firms in the UK, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Coyne as a
partner in its Real Estate department.
Tony, who joins Blake Lapthorn from Howard Kennedy, is a partner
with over 20 years experience specialising in property related
acquisitions, investment and disposals with a particular emphasis
on management and secured lending acting for a number of banks, as
well as for both public and private sector, and international
clients.
Tony said: “I am excited to be joining the Blake Lapthorn team.
As a major full service law firm, I am very impressed by the
integrated nature of the practice, extensive range of services,
professionalism and high levels of client care."
Tony is a member of the Institute of Directors and Institute of
Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management.
