- We can form a company electronically with your own choice of
name (provided the name is accepted by Companies House) using our
standard memorandum and articles of association. The company
will be formed within 24 to 48 hours.
shelf company
- Alternatively, we can use an 'off the shelf' company and
change its name. Changing the name of a shelf company takes
approximately three to five days. For an additional fee,
the name can be changed on a same-day service. Our shelf companies
are formed with a share capital of £1,000.
