what are shelf packages?
Shelf packages will be of interest to you if you are starting a
business or are an established small to medium sized enterprise
(SME), be it a limited company, partnership or limited liability
partnership (LLP). We are able to offer you a range of standard
documentation with a fixed and transparent fee structure.
why are they important?
If you do not have legal agreements in place, your business
could be jeopardised by deadlock, or prevented from moving forward
by differences of opinion on the direction of the business.
What will happen if one person retires or dies? What about
confidentiality, restrictive covenants and the sharing of profits
and liabilities? Our packages address these issues with a sensible
and commercial approach.
The documents are short form and are designed to deal with
typical areas of difficulty within the ownership and management of
a business.
The cost of each package is a fixed fee of £250 plus
VAT. Where we form a company on your behalf in conjunction
with three of the packages, a 10% discount will apply.
