On Thursday 13 September 2012, the Corporate Finance team at Blake Lapthorn, Critchleys and Shirlaws jointly hosted a breakfast seminar with the opportunity for all attendees to receive a free business valuation.

The seminar focussed on the following areas:

Rowan Andrews of Shirlaws business coaching covered the economic cycle and how to increase the value of a business including the importance of timing to inform exit strategy.

Edward Lee of Blake Lapthorn solicitors covered the process of choosing the right resources and genuine expertise for an effective sale.

Justin Ray of Critchleys chartered accountants and business advisers walked attendees through the sales process, valuation techniques and current valuation multiples.
