We regularly act for overseas clients to recover debt in England and advise on the jurisdictional issues involved. Our clients have included businesses from many European countries, as well as further afield such as Hong Kong, Singapore and America.

We also act for English clients to recover debt in other jurisdictions.  Usually, we undertake debt recovery in other jurisdictions with assistance from the relevant TAGLaw^® firm in the jurisdiction.
