We offer all the services of a dedicated debt collection agency but with the back-up one of the largest and most highly-rated Recoveries and Finance teams in the UK.

Clients can use our service on an on-going basis, or to deal with a particular book of debts. In either case, we approach the collection of debt for each of our clients on a basis which works best for that client, whether the debtors are consumer or commercial.

Solicitors have traditionally charged for their time, win or lose. Debt collection agencies have long charged by results, taking a percentage of all recoveries made.  Our pre-legal service gives our clients the ability to use us for collections work without committing to legal action and the potential fees this may incur.  We chase debts by letter or phone, and we will only charge by results. In addition, if pre-legal collection is unsuccessful, our clients are able to move straight on to issue a court claim without delay.
