Leach, along with other colleagues from the Employment
Law team, delivered an employment tribunal role play workshop
on Wednesday 10 March at Portsmouth Football Club which consisted
of:
- an introduction to employment tribunal procedure
- a mock tribunal hearing presented by experienced advocates from
the Employment Law team
- an open forum question session
The workshop provided a fantastic opportunity for attendees to
gain an insight into employment tribunal proceedings from one of
the most experienced employment law teams in the South of
England.
In addition, this was an excellent opportunity to network with
other HR and training professionals who are in the CIPD Wessex
branch.
