Alexandra qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and since then has specialised in employment law. She advises a broad range of clients although her work is predominantly for private companies and employers. Alexandra deals with contentious issues, including preparing and defending tribunal claims and conducting the advocacy at tribunal hearings. She is also involved in advising clients on a wide range of non-contentious employment matters, including corporate support work and advising clients in relation to the employment aspects of the sale, purchase and restructure of businesses. Alexandra set up and organises the firm’s regular Thames Valley HR Forum and has spoken at a number of employment law seminars.
