A new voluntary Code of Practice for the labelling of pork and pork products was introduced at the end of February.
The Food Standards Agency has recently updated its guidance documents on how to respond to food incidents.
The legislation governing the display of prices of food and drink sold in pubs, cafes, restaurants and takeaways has recently changed.
Under the 'cross-compliance' scheme, farmers will be required to comply with a set of statutory management requirements to qualify for full single payment and other direct payments.
