The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has introduced a new version of the F10 (notification of project to the HSE), effective from the beginning of April, to replace the one which was introduced when Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 came into force last year. The new form can be viewed at https://www.hse.gov.uk/forms/notification/f10.pdf.

The new form is designed to capture more information about the work to be carried out under a project (presumably to facilitate planning and targeting of inspection regimes) and requires that notification is given to Bootle, not the local HSE office.
