Safety Groups UK is part of Royal Society for the Prevention of
Accidents (RoSPA). It is the co-ordinating body for the network of
independent local occupational health and safety groups located
throughout the UK and affiliated to RoSPA. It provides a forum for
debate and the formulation of strategy and policy, promotes health
and safety education, disseminates information to members, enters
into partnership with organisations having similar objectives and
promotes membership of UK health and safety groups.
Mission statement: the mission of Safety Groups
UK is to ensure that health and safety groups are key players in
the UK health and safety system and in the delivery of UK health
and safety strategy.
