An employer found to be employing migrant workers illegally may have a defence if it can show that it carried out appropriate checks.

Illegal working legislation places greater responsibilities on employers to check not only the initial permission to work, but to continue to monitor that permission and to report changes.

We can assist by ensuring that the process applied is sufficiently robust to meet UKBA requirements. The process must also not fall foul of discrimination legislation.

We can also offer a complete package of assistance, training, workshops and guidance in respect of all UKBA immigration compliance requirements.
