Our nationally recognised specialists offer a full range of services within one team.  The non-contentious specialists are experienced in turnaround and re-financing, as well as the sale and purchase of businesses and assets in insolvency situations.  The contentious specialists have considerable experience across the board, from recovery actions for office holders to specialist applications within company administrations.  Advice has been provided by the team on a wide range of technical issues including less common procedures such as provisional liquidation, interim receivership, transfer of appointments and search and seizure orders.

The team includes two licensed insolvency practitioners, an arbitrator and deputy district Judge, and specialist lawyers with a depth of experience.  Members of the team lecture regularly on insolvency issues to organisations such as the Institute of Directors and R3.
