direct competitor in a claim for copyright infringement of various

retailer for the distribution of the infringing products
- acting for a restauranteur who commissioned several paintings
involving a depiction of a member of the English Royal Family and
defending a claim brought by the artist for infringement of
copyright by the reproduction by the restauranteur of the paintings
on promotional material including menus and postcards.
