- successfully acting for IBM in the
case of London Borough of Southwark v IBM [2011] EWHC 549
(TCC)
- advising a large software developer in relation to a claim by a
customer concerning functionality of the software delivered
- acting for a software house in relation to a claim against an
Indian software development subcontractor
- representing major investment banks in connection with
various disputes with a software vendors
- advising a leading software house in connection with an
internal hacking claim
- acted for a well-known internet travel business in a
multi-million pound IT dispute with a US supplier relating to the
use by the client of a global distribution system.
- acting in the case of BHB Enterprises Plc v Victor Chandler
International Limited 2005 WL 1248417
- advising an international telecoms company in and coordinating
a multi jurisdictional dispute to recover US$20 million worth of
telecoms equipment.
- advising a worldwide media organisation on a cross border
dispute over satellite TV revenues
- acting for a software house in relation to the development of
bespoke facilities management software and defending a claim by the
end-user that the software did not have the requisite
functionality, contained several "showstopper bugs" and that the
code was late in delivery.
