Variations to the premises licence may also require a variation to the planning permission governing the outlet. We can advise clients on the need for such applications and the timing of them in conjunction with licensing applications; whether that is to extend the hours or extend the premises.

 

Premises will have an enforced smoking ban in 2007. Solutions found to allow customers to smoke “outside” may well require planning applications to be made for “structures” erected or where current operable hours of the patio/garden area are limited in some way. We can advise on the issues and any effect on your premises licence.
