Variations to the premises licence may also require a variation
to the planning permission governing the outlet. We can advise

Premises will have an enforced
smoking ban in 2007. Solutions found to allow customers to smoke
“outside” may well require planning applications to be made for
“structures” erected or where current operable hours of the
