Parliament has given the power to the Solicitors Regulation Authority to intervene into solicitors practices in a number of specific circumstances. The specific reasons for particular interventions must remain confidential as it may prejudice ongoing investigations by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

why haven't I heard about the intervention from Blake Lapthorn?

If the intervention in question occurred within the last few days or weeks and you have not heard anything from Blake Lapthorn, it is because we are in the process of drawing up a database of all files, Wills and deeds recovered. Once this has been completed, Blake Lapthorn will contact you.

If the intervention occurred some time ago and you have still not been contacted it may be that you have moved house and the intervened firm did not have your new address. If this is the case you should contact us by clicking here.
