  • acting for a large corporation in a dispute with an English parent company and its European subsidiaries (in five European countries) in relation to a dispute regarding the supply of in excess of US$35m of telecommunications equipment for the establishment of a pan European telecommunications network. This involved instructing foreign lawyers in each of the European jurisdictions and advice including, but not limited to, the protection of the client's IP rights in the firmware.
