Examples of outsourcing cases we have dealt with

- acting for an investment bank in respect of a dispute
concerning the ability of the bank to terminate specific services
provided pursuant to an outsourcing agreement with an offshore
outsourcing services company concerning the provision of front
office trading systems.

- advising an investment bank in respect of solicitation rights
and limitations contained within an outsourcing services agreement
including advice as to whether an interim injunction could be
obtained for a breach of such contractual provisions.

- advising a financial institution on an exit plan agreement with
