We tailor our mediation charges and agree them with the parties
mediating according to the duration of the mediation and complexity
of the dispute.
For civil and commercial mediators, our charges per party will
be between £85 and £300 per hour plus VAT depending on the value of
the dispute and the seniority of the mediator.
For mediation referrals through the Minstry of Justice online
directory service, scale charges apply. View the link for

For family mediators, we charge £195 plus VAT per hour usually
shared between the parties.
Where our premises in London, Oxford, Southampton and Portsmouth are
used as the venue for a mediation, we will make a charge for the
accommodation and refreshments.
