Blake Lapthorn has a dedicated team of lawyers practising
exclusively in pensions law, as well as a dedicated litigation and
dispute resolution solicitor who supports the team on any
contentious pensions issues. All the team's lawyers are members of
the Association for Pension Lawyers (APL) and the firm is a member
of the National Association of Pension Funds. The team brings
together the combined legal and advisory experience from City law
firms, insurance companies and benefit consultancies.
