The Proceeds of Crime team acts for individuals and companies
who are subject to restraint orders or, as third parties, are
affected by restraint or confiscation orders made against family
members or fellow directors/shareholders. The team advises
defendants and third parties on the implications of restraint
orders and how they might be varied to allow the release of
assets.
