Bradley is a partner and Head of our Professional Regulatory
team. In Chambers UK (2006), he was praised by regulatory
clients as having taken client care "to a new level". Bradley
brings 21 years of experience to his clients which include
regulators in the education, legal, healthcare and accountancy
sectors. For these clients, he has been involved in drafting codes
of conduct, statutory and rule drafting, witness management
protocols and a number of other projects with new and developing
regulators.
Bradley presents cases before regulatory tribunals and manages
investigations of alleged misconduct and incompetence. He has been
described by commentators in the sector as an "exceptional lawyer"
and a "brilliant advocate". Bradley assists in the training of
regulators' committee members and is also a regular speaker on the
national circuit. He is a member of the Association of Regulatory
and Disciplinary Lawyers.
