Department of Health consultation on the future of OHPA
On 7 August the DH launched a consultation on the future of
OHPA. The consultation considers the aims of OHPA, and whether
those aims can be achieved by means other than by transferring
existing fitness to practise procedures from the GMC and the GOC to
OHPA. The consultation is available on the DH website and all
submissions are to be submitted by 11 October.
