Amendments) Audit 2008-10-29
This draft order amends the Medical Act 1983 providing for the
transfer of statutory functions of oversight of medical education
from the Education Committee to the Council of the General Medical
Council (GMC). In addition, the order amends provisions regarding
licences to practise for, and the revalidation of doctors.
