All members of our Professional Regulatory team specialise
solely in professional regulatory work. The team’s lawyers come
from a mixture of criminal and civil litigation backgrounds. Unlike
teams in other firms, we are a truly dedicated professional
regulatory advocacy unit and do not undertake other work that
distracts us from our regulatory focus. Our involvement in the
sector is not limited to the investigation and presentation of
cases. We help our clients draft their legislation, codes of
conduct and rules; we contribute to government and stakeholder
consultations; we train our clients’ lawyers and committee members
and are regularly invited to speak at national conferences on
professional regulation.
