Having been involved for many years in the audit of disciplinary
procedures, regulatory functions, policy initiatives we have
developed specific expertise in advising clients about statutory
frameworks which enhance the five principles of better
regulation.
We have assisted clients in the development of entire suites of
regulatory procedures and disciplinary processes. Specifically we
have advised clients in the healthcare, education, legal and
accountancy sectors with respect to the scope of committee
guidance, development of pre-hearing review hearings, codes of
practise and hearing protocols. We have undertaken a number of
audits and statutory compliance reviews to enable us to provide
robust auditory reviews to ensure compliance with the ECHR.
