Stephen is the head of our
Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, but specialises in
professional regulatory work. He has a wide experience of preparing
cases for, and appearing in front of, disciplinary committees, the
High Court and arbitration hearings. Stephen formerly sat as a
legal assessor to the General Optical Council and currently sits as
a Legal Adviser on a number of committees for the Royal
Pharmaceutical Society and General Teaching Council. He has acted
in many cases relating to professional regulation including
teachers, solicitors and members of the Bar. He has trained
professional regulatory committee members and has written,
lectured, and presented seminars on development in professional
regulatory matters. He is a member of Association of Regulatory and
Disciplinary Lawyers.
