The Property Litigation team works closely with other specialist
teams within the firm that complement our practice areas, eg
licensing,
planning and
insolvency and business recovery. We have
access to a large bank of property experts including chartered
surveyors, land and building surveyors and valuers to further
enhance our services.
Our solicitors regularly
practice in County Courts, the High Court and the House of Lords,
the Lands Tribunal, the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, along with
arbitrations and mediations forums.
The team now focuses
solely on property litigation and Amanda Morris is at the fore of
