Donald specialises in real estate dispute
resolution, resolving all types of disputes concerning land,
particularly relating to leases of commercial
property. He has had several of his cases reported in
the Law Reports and has taken cases from the county court up to the
House of Lords. In 2002, Donald was apointed by the Lord
Chancellor to be a Legal Chairman of Rent Assessment Panels and
Leasehold Valuation Tribunals in southern England. He is
co-author, along with Amanda Morris, of Neighbour Disputes: a
concise guide to the law and practice published by Callow
Publishing in January 2006.
