LEI management

Many insurers provide us with a delegated authority for the handling of LEI claims and this is a testament to our experience. Insurers in turn are able to keep the costs of administrating claims down without affecting the service provided to the insured. We also work for other insurers within defined parameters.

We take care to ensure that individuals have realistic expectations regarding the likely outcome of insurance claims, particularly where the claim can only be brought in a foreign jurisdiction with levels of compensation that differ from those obtainable in England and Wales.
