Our secure extranet enables all our insurance industry clients to monitor the progress of every matter referred to us. Key documents and up-to-date information can be viewed. The system keeps the claims handler informed, and gives the insurer the required statistical information without increasing administration procedures and costs.

reporting

Whatever your reporting requirements are, we will meet them whether this be weekly or monthly. We can report on any information collated such as type of claim, policy type, country of claim and duration.

litigation

Our aim is always the speedy and economic resolution of disputes. To this end, we use our knowledge and experience to represent our clients. Early negotiation from a position of strength often resolves disputes without the necessity to litigate. However, we will not shrink from pursuing a court action where it is appropriate.
