PIP implants compensation
Blake Lapthorn has recently received a number of enquiries
regarding potential PIP implant claims. Having investigated this
issue, we can confirm that our Clinical Negligence team will be
happy to look into individual cases further.
We consider that a claim for compensation may be able to be
brought against the clinic responsible for fitting the original PIP
implants, which may include the cost of having replacement implants
fitted if the patient so wishes.
