Jane is an experienced family law practitioner. She advises clients on matrimonial and civil partnership issues, including all aspects of the financial side of the breakdown of a relationship, cohabitee disputes, prenuptial agreements and matters relating to children, from contact issues to removal from the jurisdiction.

Jane also undertakes contentious probate work and deals with disputes concerning the validity of wills, disputes between executors and beneficiaries and claims under the Inheritance(Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Jane is a collaboratively trained lawyer and also an accredited specialist with Resolution.

She sits on the on the Hampshire Resolution committee as the Regional Press Officer as well as attending meetings representing the committee nationally.
