consuming. The court has a wide discretion to deal with all
financial assets and income including pensions. This means
that the lawyers involved in this process have to be both
specialists and experienced. They sometime have to draw upon
the skills of other trusted advisors, such as business and property
valuers, accountants and pension experts. We have good
relationships with those barristers who are leaders in this
field. There is the expertise available to undertake court
