Joanne is a senior solicitor in the Family team. She has a wealth of local experience and experience in the Principal Registry, London and the Court of Appeal.  Joanne advises clients on Living Together Agreements and Pre Nuptial Agreements, as well as during separation, divorce and cohabitation issues.  She is experienced in dealing with clients living in the UK and abroad and has particular expertise in issues involving the removal of children from the jurisdiction and residence cases with an international dimension. Joanne also advises on a wide range of matrimonial financial issues including company liquidity issues and cases involving farms and equestrian properties.  She is a Resolution accredited specialist in advanced ancillary relief and international family law.
